What we collect
When you book, request a quote, or contact us, we collect your name, contact details, and the vehicle and service information you provide. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To schedule and complete your service, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Messages
If you give us your phone number, we may send transactional SMS about your booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing the shop. We keep records only as long as needed for service and legal obligations.
